Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after the advance payment is received.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 3 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 3 days of the event date will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
• Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Setup Responsibility

The client must ensure proper access to the venue, availability of electricity, and any required permissions.

Image Usage

Images of the decoration setup may be used for promotional or marketing purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.

Agreement

By confirming a booking, the client agrees to all the terms and conditions stated above.
